miR-146在免疫系统中的研究进展

摘要 近年来的研究表明,微小RNA(miRNA)在发育、分化、凋亡、病毒感染和癌症等多种生物学过程中有着重要的生理、病理生物学意义。揭示miRNA在细胞中的作用,将会给基因功能和基因治疗的研究带来新的机遇,已成为科学家们的研究热点。文章以miR-146为例,综述了miR-146在遗传、免疫、病毒感染、肿瘤等多方面的生物学意义,并重点概述miR-146在免疫系统的最新研究进展,揭示同一miRNA在不同组织、疾病中作用的多样性和复杂性,并在生物体内的多样化调控途径中扮演着关键性角色。
