介绍开滦煤矿几个箱形井架吊装方法,施工机具的受力计算和选择,技术经济分析,总结井架安装的经验教训。
In Kailuan coal mine,there are s box type steel headframes installed. It has two construction methods for the installation of the headframe.One is to assemble the headframe in other place, then move the headframe to a mine shaft site.The other one is to assemble and set up in a mine shaft site. Before the installation of the headframe, it should calculate the weight of headframe and determine the key location.It should analyze and calculate the stress as the headframe setting up. It should make a selection for hoisting equipment and tools. The headframe should be checked and preassembled for QC before sending to a mine site.An assembling site should be arranged before the headframe moving in. To have a successful setting up the headframe,it should check the construction design, management, hoisting operation and quality control. This paper has a technical and economic comparison of the headframe installation. It held that the headframe is favourable to provide a multi operation space and condition, and easy to be adjusted and rebuilt. Therefore, the installation took short time at a mine shaft,max.45 days and min. 27 days. Though the headframe needed loot steel material more than other headframe, the technical and economic data is better than other headframe, so the steel Headframe is a tendency to develop mine headframe.
