摘要
本研究以金莲花为原料提取其中的黄酮类物质,首先通过正交实验确定了微波提取方法的最佳工艺条件,结果是:70%的乙醇为提取剂,微波辐射功率600W,提取8min,水浴70℃浸提,固液料比1:20。然后对微波辅助提取法和水提法进行对比研究。结果发现应用微波技术使提取效率明显提高,而且提取时间大大缩短。
In this study,the flavonoids in Golde Lotus were extracted.At first,the experiment determine the optimum conditions of the microwave extraction method by orthogonal experimental:the results is concentration of alchol 70%,microwave irradiation power 600 W,microwave irradiation time 8 min,extracting temperature 70℃,the ratio of solid-liquid 1:20.And then,campared the extraction of water bath and microwave extraction.The experiment results show that the microwave rated higher extracting rate and shorter extracting time.
