摘要
目的:调查建德市镇头村为何从2004年疟疾爆发控制后至今没有发现新病例,而梓里村却年年有新病例发生的原因。方法:进行两村居住环境的对比分析,并采用整群抽样,上门问卷调查疟防知识的知晓率。结果:镇头村的疟防知识知晓率达到80.77%,明显高于梓里村的52.31%。结论:加强居民的健康教育对控制疫情有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the reason that the new case of malaria has never been found in Zhenou village since malaria outbreak in 2004,while there are new cases in Shenli village every year.Method The living environment of two villages were compared,and questionnaire investigation was made on the awareness rate of malaria prevention by cluster sampling.Results The awareness rate in Zhentou village was 80.77%,obviously higher than that in Shenli village（52.31%）.Conclusions There is positive effect on on epidemic control by strengthening the health education.
