宁波市海曙区CSW人群艾滋病综合干预效果分析

Effect of AIDS comprehensive intervention among the commercial sex workers(CSW) in Haishu District,Ningbo City

目的:全面总结海曙区艾滋病社区干预项目的成效、经验及存在问题,探讨以政府为主体,以社区为依托的艾滋病高危人群干预模式,提高干预效果。方法:根据海曙区以社区为依托艾滋病高危人群综合干预实施方案,主要针对女性性工作者(CSW)进行艾滋病综合干预,通过直接培训、大众媒体宣传、性病诊疗服务、VCT门诊等方法进行综合干预,并对干预前后进行问卷和分析,作出效果评价。结果:通过以社区为依托的综合干预,提高了CSW人群HIV相关知识知晓率,减少了高危行为,也增强了各部门对艾滋病防控工作的联动。结论:以社区为依托的艾滋病高危人群干预模式,有效地利用了社区资源,强化各部门的协作,提高了社会的支持度与参与度,不仅取得了较好的干预效果,而且为海曙区进一步推进艾滋病防控工作提供了有效的模式及经验。

Objective To summarize the AIDS-communityintervention-project s effect,experiences and shortcoming in Haishu District and explore the AIDS intervention mode with the governmental core and community support among the high-risk population to improve the intervention effect.Methods According to the AIDS-community-comprehensive-intervention-project,face-to-face training,public media propaganda,STD clinical service and VCT etc.were provided.The questionnaire investigation and analysis were conducted before and after the intervention to evaluate the intervention effect. ResultsAmong the CSW, the knowledge rate relating AIDS was improved and some high risk acts were decreased. The collaboration for AIDS control and prevention among the government departments was also enhanced. Conclusions The AIDS intervention mode with community support among the CSW made full use of community resources, enhanced the cooperation among the government departments and improved the social support and participation. Not only the good intervention effect was achieved, but the effective mode and experience were provided for urging the work about AIDS control and prevention further in Haishu District.
