介绍我国城镇就业现状和GM（1，1）模型的基本原理，利用1991-2008年间重要年份的相关样本数据，运用GM（1，1）灰色预测模型对我国城镇2009年、2010年的就业总量形势进行预测分析，为我国经济体制改革和经济结构调整提供理论依据。

Describes the status of urban employment in China and basic principles of GM （1,1） model. Based on relevant sample data during the period from 1991 to 2008, makes a predictive analysis on the situation of China＇s total urban employment in 2009 and 2010 by using GM （1,1） gray. model, so as to provide theoretical basis for economic system reformation and economic restruction in China.
