H.264/AVC码率控制技术

摘要 码率控制技术是视频标准的关键技术之一,决定视频编码器的输出码率的稳定性和图像质量的好坏。首先对码率控制技术进行介绍,然后基于视频标准H.264/AVC,对其GOP层、帧层、基本单元的比特分配及量化参数QP的设置等方面进行较为详细的分析,并在此基础上分析测试模型JM7.6的码率控制算法及其不足。 Rate control technology is one of the key technologies in video coding standard, and it determines the final choice of the coding mode in video. Introduces the rate-distortion, analyzes GOP layer, frame layer, the basic unit of the bit allocation and quantization parame- ter QP setting, etc. based on video standard H2.64/AVC, analyzes H.264/AVC rate-distortion algorithm and its deficiencies.
