经过多年的信息化建设,人口计生部门积存大量人口信息资源,但缺乏有效整合和深度利用。基于数据仓库技术的人口计生综合分析系统,是人口宏观管理与决策信息系统的重要组成部分,它将联机分析处理与数据挖掘技术引入人口数据分析、处理和挖掘,构建集数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘为一体的系统,对相关人口数据进行转换、聚合、分析、统计,对人口进行全方位、多环节的动态跟踪、监测、预警,挖掘人口数据中潜在的人口规律,预测未来人口发展趋势,结合地理空间信息技术更直观地提供准确的决策信息。

After years of informationization construction, population and family planning sectors have accumulated a large number of population information resources while lacking of effective integration and in-depth use. Based on data warehouse technology, the population and family planning comprehensive analysis system is an important component of population macro- management and decision-making information system. It applies OLAP and data mining technology to population data analysis, data processing and data mining to build an integrated system consisting of data warehouse, OLAP and data mining. The system provides population data with conversion, aggregation, analysis and statistics as well as all-round, multi-link dynamic tracking, monitoring and early warning. Combining with geo-spatial information technology, it explores the potential of the rules of population data and predicts the developing trends in the future in order to provide vivid and accurate information for decision-making.
