摘要
以上海市虹口足球场健身俱乐部的经营现状为研究对象,深入分析了上海市虹口足球场健身俱乐部的管理机制、竞争背景、市场机会与威胁、经营的绩效分析以及营销策略,并为俱乐部今后的发展提供一定的建议,使其在激烈市场竞争中更好地发挥自身优势,同时,作为国企健身俱乐部的案例,通过对其经营状况的研究,为同行业、同类型体育场馆的健身俱乐部提供一定的借鉴。
Taking the operation status of Shanghai Hongkou Football Stadium Fitness Club as the subject,the paper analyses its management mechanism,competition background,market opportunity and risk,operation analysis and marketing strategy. It puts forward some suggestions on how to use its own advantages in the fierce competition so as to develop better in future. This study of a state-owned fitness club may provide reference for other fitness clubs in sports facilities.
