摘要
重庆钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂通过解决炉内欠热、操作优化等措施降低转炉入炉铁水加入量,不仅获得了较低的入炉铁水比,而且还同步解决了炼钢系统产能和炼铁系统产能的匹配问题。
By taking a few technical measures such as solution of the problem of heat deficiency in the converter and optimization of the operating process in a bid to reduce the amount of the hot metal charge not only the hot metal ratio in the furnace is lowered but also the problem of matching of the productivity between the steel-making system and the iron-making system is solved simultaneously in Chongqing Steel.
