张家口地区儿童缺碘性甲状腺肿大病情调查

Investigation on iodine deficiency goite in Zhangjiakou areas children

目的了解张家口地区儿童缺碘性甲状腺肿大发病情况。方法对2003年8月至2007年9月在张家口市第五医院参加体检的红旗楼社区校内8～10岁儿童进行甲状腺检查，计算肿大率。结果张家口市红旗楼社区8～10岁儿童近5年的缺碘性甲状腺肿大发病水平为2．21％～3．92％，各年度间差异无统计学意义。结论5年来本辖区8～10岁学龄儿童甲状腺肿大率稳中有降，说明碘缺乏病防治趋势良好。

Objective To master iodine deficiency goiter condition in Zhangjiakou areas children. Methods Examine Hongqilou community 8- 10 years old health examination school children thyroid in the fifth hospital of Zhang jiakou from 2003.8 to 2007.9, calculate iodine deficiency goiter rate. Results There is no statistics differ- ence in iodine deficiency goiter between 2003 to 2007. Conelusion The incidence rate of goiter declined in the last five years in 8- 9 years old children of our district, which means the tendency of iodin deficiency disorders have been well controlled.
