摘要 利用数字式温度测控芯片DS1620作为K型热电偶的冷端温度实时测量和超限报警单元,利用集成运放ADOP07和模数转换器AD574A组成热电动势预处理单元,利用80C51单片机作为智能处理单元,根据热电偶中间温度定律,实现了具有热电偶冷端温度自补偿功能的大范围高精度自动数字测温系统。 The use of digital temperature monitoring chip DS1620 as a K -thermocouple cold- side temperature measurements in real time limits and report to the police unit, integrated use of operational amplifier ADOP07 and ADC AD574A force composed of pre - heat unit, to use as a single -chip 80C51 Intelligence Processing Unit, according to the law of thermocouple temperature in the middle, with the realization of the therinocouple cold junction temperature compensation function Since large - scale automatic digital high -precision temperature measurement system.
