摘要
本文将模糊理论应用于工程招标资格预审中,并对其原理、步骤及可行性进行了分析。
Based on the discussion about the current proposes of contractor prequalification, the steps of evaluation and the establish of the appraising index system, this paper mainly introduces the fuzzy theory and proposes an approach based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
