摘要
二氧化钛膜的应用依赖于其形态,有必要制备多种形态的膜改善其性能。采用一步水热合成法首次制备了球状B4O72-修饰的的二氧化钛膜和不同形态BO33-修饰的二氧化钛膜,考察了BO33-和B4O72-修饰的二氧化钛膜形态的影响因素,探讨了其形成机理。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-VIS)等手段对薄膜的结构进行了表征与分析。结果表明:BO33-和B4O72-修饰的二氧化钛膜主要为金红石型晶体;BO33-修饰的二氧化钛膜具有针状、球状和显现花朵的长条状3种形态,B4O72-修饰的二氧化钛膜为球形;BO33-和B4O72-修饰的二氧化钛膜在紫外可见光谱中均发生明显的红移,光响应波长拓展到可见光区域。
Applications for TiO2 film strongly depend on its morphology,thus,to improve its performance,it is very important to prepare TiO2 films with different morphologies.B4O2-7 modified TiO2 films with spherical shape and BO2-3 modified TiO2 film with different morphologies were first prepared by one step hydrothermal synthesis method.Meanwhile,formation mechanism and the influencing factors of morphology of BO3-3 and B4O2-7 modified TiO2 films were investigated.Structure and properties of the films were
characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,TEM,and UV- VIS. Results indicated that the crystal structure of BO3 3- and B4O7 2- modified TiO2 films were mainly rutile phase. Morphologies of BO3 3- modified TiO2 films were needle-like, spherical, and long strip-like with flower on the surface. Morphology of B4O7 2- modified TiO2 film was spherical. BO3 3- and B4O7 2- modified TiO2 films showed that they both have remarkable red shift in UV - visible spectrum and light response regions of the films extended to the visible light region.
