大孔吸附树脂分离纯化川明参茎叶中的总黄酮 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化川明参茎叶中总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法以川明参茎叶中总黄酮的吸附量和解吸率为指标筛选大孔吸附树脂,研究所选树脂对川明参茎叶中总黄酮的吸附和解吸特性,并优化纯化的条件。结果AB-8型大孔树脂对川明参茎叶中总黄酮的静态饱和吸附量为50.52mg·g-1、解析率大于70%,动态吸附量为20.76mg·g-1、解析率86%;上柱前初提物中川明参总黄酮的含量为11.7%,经大孔吸附树脂分离纯化后产品中的总黄酮含量达26.74%,提高了2.29倍;总黄酮含量与抗氧化活性成正比。结论AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对川明参茎叶中的总黄酮有较好的分离纯化效果,总黄酮是川明参茎叶中的主要抗氧化活性成分。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the purification method of the total flavones and anti - oxidation components in Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shan with macroporous adsorptive resin. METHODS The static adsorption/desorption characteristics were used as evaluation index to select the optimized resin. The selected resins was studied focusing on the dynamic adsorption/desorption to opti- mize the purification conditions. RESULTS Resin AB - 8 was selected to purify the total flavones and anti - oxidation components in Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shan. The static adsorption capacity and the dynamic adsorption capacity/desorption ratio were 50.52 mg-g-1/70% ,20.76 mg'g-l/86% ,respectively. The total flavones in stock solution was 5. 515 mg. mL-1. The purity of the product before and after the resin purification were 11.70% and 26.74%, respectively,which was for increased 2.29 times. CONCLUSION Macroporous resin AB - 8 was suitable to purify the total flavones and anti - oxidation components in Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shan.
