摘要 目的采用沉淀聚合法制备氯霉素分子印迹聚合物(MIP)并评价其吸附性能。方法以氯霉素为模板分子、α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,确定其最佳比例,研究引发剂、溶剂、吸附温度和吸附溶液含水量对吸附量的影响,并进行Scatchard分析。结果以氯霉素-功能单体-交联剂(1:3:24)合成的聚合物吸附量最大,吸附温度和吸附溶剂的含水量对吸附有较大影响。结论沉淀聚合法制备氯霉素MIP,操作简便、吸附性能良好,有较好的应用前景。 OBJECTIVE To prepare molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for chloramphenicol by precipitation polymerization, and evaluate their adsorption properties. METHODS Using methaerylic acid as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crossing - linker, chloramphenicol as the template molecule. The optimal ratio among them was determined. The effect of initiator, solvent, temperature and water on the adsorption was investigated, and Scatchard analysis was performed. RESULTS The polymer of the ratio of CAP- functional monomer- crossing -linker( 1 : 3 : 24) had the maximal adsorption, and the temperature and the amount of water influenced the binding performance greatly. CONCLUSION The chloramphenicol MIP prepared by precipitation polymerization with simple operation has a good adsorption property, and will have a better application prospect.
