金黄散壳聚糖膜剂的抗炎镇痛作用

Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jinhuangsan chitosan film

目的比较金黄散壳聚糖膜剂与如意金黄散的抗炎镇痛作用。方法以SD大鼠为实验动物,建立足趾肿胀模型进行抗急性炎症试验;采用棉球植入法进行抗慢性炎症试验;ip0.6%醋酸溶液,建立ICR小鼠疼痛模型来进行镇痛试验。结果4h时,中、高剂量组大鼠的足趾肿胀度明显小于正常组(P<0.05);6h时,各给药组的足趾肿胀度均小于对照组(P<0.05);各给药组与对照组比较,对肉芽肿有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);小鼠扭体试验中,低、中、高剂量组与对照组比较,小鼠扭体反应次数有明显减少(P<0.05)。结论金黄壳聚糖膜剂具有抗炎镇痛的作用,与如意金黄散的作用相同。

OBJECTIVE To compare the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jinhuangsan chitosan film with Ruyijinhuang powder. METHODS The anti - inflammatory effect was observed with carrageen - induce rats paw edema and cotton granuloma in rats. The analgesic effect was investigated with the pain models of mice induced by 0.6% acetic acid. RESULTS For 4 hours, comparing with control group, the degree of paw edema in middle and high dose groups were decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ） and for 6 hours, the low, middle and high dose groups were decreased. Four treatment groups compared with control group, the weight of cotton granuloma were decreased （P 〈 0.05） and the writhing number of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION Jinhuangsan chitosan film has markedly anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect and the effects are the same as Ruyijinhuang powder.
