摘要
目的观察天贞子胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用SD大鼠大脑中动脉缺血2h再灌注22h模型,ig给药;采用经神经病学评分,图象分析系统测定脑梗死范围,并测定脑组织中水的含量,一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果天贞子胶囊可明显改善大鼠的脑缺血损伤症状,降低神经病学评分、脑梗死范围、脑组织中水的含量、MDA的含量、NOS的活性,并升高SOD的活性。结论天贞子胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,作用机制与抑制NOS的活性、提高SOD的活性、减少神经细胞的脂质过氧化损伤有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effects of Tianzhenzi capsule (TZZ) on focal cerebral ischemiareperfusion injure in rats. METHODS The rat model of middle cerebral artery isehemia 2 h/reperfusion 22 h was observed. The neurological scale, cerebral infracted volume, cerebral water content,the activities of uitricoxide synthase (NOS) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in brain were measured. RESULTS The neurological scale, cerebral infracted volume, cerebral water content, activity of NOS and content of MDA were significantly declined by TZZ. Meanwhile, activity of SOD was significantly higher than model group. CONCLUSION TZZ may facilitate the protection against cerebral ischemia/ reperfusion damage. Action mechanisms might be relevant to reduced lipoperoxidation injury in brain cells through inhibiting the activities of the NOS, increasing the avtivities of the SOD.
