目的建立测定合欢皮总皂苷含量的方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以齐墩果酸为对照品,测定合欢皮总皂苷的含量,并分析方法的可行性。结果合欢皮提取物中总皂苷的含量可达63.49%,加样回收率为107.86%。结论新建方法操作简便,精密度、准确度、重复性均好,可用于合欢皮总皂苷的含量测定及质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometry of determination method for the total triterpenoid saponin in Albizia julibrissin Durazz.. METHODS The oleanolic acid was used as standard. The content of total triterpene saponins in Albizia julibrissin Durazz. was determined, and the feasibility of the UV method was studied. RESULTS The total triterpenoid saponin content of the extract from Albizia julibrissin Durazz. was 63.49%. The result of the recovery test was 107.86%. CONCLUSION The feasibility study indicated that the new method has good results such as good reproducibility, accuracy, precision and stability. The method is suihable for the determination and the quality control of the total triterpenoid saponin in Albizia julibrissin Durazz..
