摘要
目的采用RP-HPLC测定玄参配方颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Hangbang C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%醋酸溶液(27:73),检测波长为278nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,以外标法峰面积定量。结果哈巴俄苷的线性范围为7.62~68.58μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.65%。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP - HPLC method for the determination of harpagoside in Dispensing granule of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. METHODS Hangbang - C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 1% acetic acid solution (27 : 73 ). Detection wavelength was set at 278 nm. RESULTS The linear range of harpagoside was 7.62 - 68.58 μg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD of 1.65%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
