摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定贝诺酯片的含量。方法色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(56:44,磷酸调pH3.5),检测波长为240nm。结果贝诺酯进样量0.52~6.24μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),进样精密度、重复性良好,平均回收率为101.1%。结论所用方法准确、简便,可有效地控制贝诺酯片的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine Benorilate tablets. METHODS A C18 column was used. The mobile phase consistsed of methanol and water(56 : 44, pH adjusted to 3.5 with phosphoric acid). The UV detector was set at 240nm. RESULTS The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.52 - 6.24μg( r=0. 9999), the average recovery rate was 101.1%. CONCLUSION The new method can be used to determine the contents of Benorilate tablets.
