Patent Strategy Change: Innovation, Scope of Time & Space, and Types

当今信息技术的飞速发展,缩短了技术生命周期,也造就了专利技术发展的动态性与突变性。因而,适时对原有的专利战略进行调整以适应环境变化的要求,将是企业必然选择的战略管理活动。专利战略变化是专利战略和战略变化两个交叉领域的新兴课题,在借鉴后两者现有理论成果的基础上,对专利战略变化的内涵、作用的时空范围及呈现的类型进行了初步的探索,以期建立对专利战略变化进行研究的基本框架。

With the rapid development of the informational technology, it shortens technologic lifeeycle and makes patent technologic development dynamic and abrupt. Thus, it is necessary choice that corporations strategically had to adjust their original patent strategy for matching environmental change. Based on the inner logical connection among the patent strategic change, patent strategy and strategic change, this paper has made primary exploration on many aspects of the patent strategic change including its definition, types, scope and characteristics for the purpose of constructing the basic theoretic frame.
