摘要
从科技生产力流动与新兴产业成长的特点和规律入手,研究科技生产力流动与新兴产业成长之间的关系。研究结果表明,技术转移和扩散是科技生产力流动推进新兴产业成长的基本形式,政府在科技生产力流动与新兴产业成长中发挥着重要的引导作用;科技生产力流动改变了科技要素的经济功能,新兴产业在科技生产力流动下呈现出新的成长特点;科技生产力流动促进区域新兴产业的形成与发展,新兴产业的成长加快了科技生产力的流动速度。
This article researches the relationship between the flow of science ＆ technology productivity and the growth of new industries from their characteristics and rules. The results show that technology transfer and mobile is the basic form that science ＆ technology productivity promotes the growth of new industries.The government plays an important guidance role in the flow of science ＆ technology productivity and the growth of new industries. The flow of science ＆ technology productivity has changed the economic function of science ＆ technology elements. New industries show new growth characteristics under the flow of science ＆ technology productivity. The flow of science ＆ technology productivity promotes new industries to form and develop. The growth of new industries accelerates the speed of the flow of scientific ＆ technological productivity at the same time.
