企业专利实施现状及影响因素分析——基于浙江的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Implementation and Analysis of Influence Factors of Enterprise Patent--Based on Survey of Zhejiang

对企业专利实施特点和影响因素的把握可以为加快专利成果向现实生产力的转化提供数据支撑和决策参考。通过对浙江863家企业的1889项授权专利的调查研究,指出目前中小型私营企业是浙江专利实施的主力,市场经济体制发展、企业专利意识、企业综合运用专利能力、企业研发能力是影响专利实施的主要因素。其中企业研发能力和企业综合利用专利能力亟待提高。相关启示和建议对中小型私营企业具有更大的借鉴作用,对其他类型企业专利实施的把握还需要相关研究的实证支撑。

It is important to know the characteristic and influence factors of implementation of patent while enterprises improve the transform of patents to realism productivity. Based on the survey of 1889 granted patents of 863 enterprises in Zhejiang, the paper tells us that the small and medium sized enterprises and the private economy enterprises are the main force of the patents implementation in Zhejiang. There are four important influence factors on patents implementation such as the development of market economy system, the consciousness of application and utilization patent, the ability of synthesis operation patent and the ability of R＆D of enterprise. Enterprises should improve the ability of R＆D and synthesis operation of patent. Then,there are some inspirations and suggestions on reinforcing the transform of patents to realism productivity for enterprises. These suggestions are more congruent to small and medium-sized enterprises and the private-economy enterprises than other enterprises. It is necessary to make more empirical study for holding the characteristic of implementation of patent on different types of enterprises.
