摘要 以玉米黄化苗的中胚轴为材料,利用盐分级分离细胞壁蛋白质.主要做了2点改进:1)利用超声波破碎植物组织细胞;2)增加苯酚抽提步骤除去可溶性细胞质蛋白、细胞壁蛋白质的回收及脱盐.整个过程不涉及过柱层析和透析步骤,因而缩短了提取时间,提高了细胞壁蛋白质的产率. The method of cell wall proteins isolation from mesocotyl of etiolated maize seedlings was smproned.The method,based on salt fractionation,was modified in two aspects: 1) breaking tissue cells via ultrasonication;2) increasing phenol extraction step for removal of miscellaneous protein,recovery of cell wall proteins and desalting.The whole process does not involve chromatography and dialysis,thus shortens the extraction time and increases the yield of cell wall proteins.
