猪粪与污泥厌氧消化原料的优化配比研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用原料含水率,投料比,污泥接种量3种因素不同水平的组合试验,通过测量产气量、甲烷含量等指标确定猪粪与污泥厌氧发酵最佳试验条件.试验结果表明,优选方案为锯末与猪粪有机质质量比为2∶8,污泥接种量为20%,含水率为88%. Three factors of the rate of water content,feeding ratio,and inoculum concentration were used in the orthogonal experiments.The effects of various technical parameters such as yield and ratio of product gas,content of methane in gas were investigated to study the optimum processing conditions in the fermentation experiment.The results showed the optimum conditions were as follows: the quality ratio of sawdust to pig manure was 2∶8,the volume amount of activated sludge was 20%,and the rate of water content was 88%.
