微波辐射在麦秸木质素提取中的应用

Extraction of lignin from straw under microwave radiation

采用1,4-丁二醇水溶液作为萃取剂,微波辐射从麦秸中提取木质素.研究了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、固液比和萃取剂质量分数对麦秸中木质素提取率的影响,得出其最佳提取条件:微波辐射功率900 W,微波辐射时间40 m in,固液比1/12(g.mL-1),萃取剂质量分数为90%,木质素萃取率为45.5%.

The lignin was extracted from straw with extractant of 1,4-butanediol solution by microwave radiation.Studies were conducted on the effects of microwave radiation power,microwave radiation time,solid-liquid ratio and mass fraction of extractant on the extraction yield of lignin.The optimal extraction conditions are as follows： microwave radiation power：900 W,microwave radiation time：40 min,solid-liquid ratio：1/12（g·mL-1）,mass fraction of extractant：90%.The extraction yield under such conditions was 45.5%.
