完善黄南州社会保障制度刍议

新中国成立60年来,黄南州社会保障制度不断健全和完善,相继建立起医疗保障、养老保险、失业保险和工伤保险等制度,并在改革发展中继续深化。目前,全州社会保障制度正在全面扎实地推进,在经济社会发展中发挥着重要的作用。
