退行性腰椎管狭窄症38例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care of 38 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis

目的:探讨退行性腰椎管狭窄症围术期的护理方法。方法:对38例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者术前行全面评估,及早发现并存的内科疾病并认真做好护理,术后严密观察病情,把健康教育贯穿于整个住院过程中。结果:38例患者经精心治疗与护理,均顺利度过围术期,痊愈出院。结论:对退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者做好术前、术后护理,可使患者顺利度过围术期,提高手术效果。

Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods： 38 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were comprehensively assessed before surgery in order to detect the existed diseases of internal medicine and provide careful nursing care. The close observation was made on patient＇s conditions and the health education was conducted throughout the period of hospitalization. Results： All the patients successfully passed through the perioperative period and were cured owing to the well - designed treatment and nursing care. Conclusion ： In the treatment of the patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, comprehensive and good preoperative and postoperative nursing care can help patients smoothly pass through the perioperative period and improve the effect of surgery.
