护理干预对提高膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注患者生活质量的影响

Impact of nursing intervention on improving quality of life of patients with bladder irrigation after bladder tumor operation

目的:探讨护理干预对膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组行常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上行护理干预,观察两组护理后的生活质量变化。结果:两组护理后生活质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注化疗患者在常规护理的基础上采用护理干预,能够改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the impact of nursing intervention on improving quality of life of patients with bladder irrigation after bladder tumor operation. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups （40 cases for each group ）. The patients in control group received routine nursing care and the patients in experimental group were additionally given nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. The changes of patients＇ quality of life were observed after nursing intervention between the two groups. Results ： The significant difference was found in the comparison of quality of life of the patients between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ） Conclusion： Nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care can improve the quality of life of the patients who were treated with chemotherapy of bladder irrigation after bladder tumor operation.
