王氏多宜散Ⅱ外敷治疗烧烫伤及创伤感染136例临床观察

The clinic observe of multi-Wang Yi San Ⅱ scattered on treatment of 136 cases burn and trauma infected

目的:观察王氏多宜散Ⅱ外敷治疗为烧烫伤及创伤感染效果。方法:外敷包扎法,3d换1次药。结果:用王氏多宜散Ⅱ治疗136例,治愈132例,治愈率97.05%,好转4例,总有效率为100.00%。结论:具有较强的消炎、杀菌、止痛、收敛生肌、消肿、减少组织渗出,促进创面愈合修复皮肤功能,是治疗烧烫伤及创伤感染理想外用药物。

Objective：To observe the effect of multi-Wang Yi San Ⅱ scattered on treatment of 136 cases burn and trauma. Methods：The method was external dressing,a drug for three days.Results：136 cases were treated with multi-wang Yi San Ⅱ, 132 cases were cured,the cure rate was 97.05%,4 cases were improved,with a total effective rate was 100.00%.Conclusion： It has a strong anti-inflammatory,bactericidal,analgesic,Shengji convergence,could reduce swelling and seepage organizations,promote the repair of skin wound healing capabilities,is the ideal drug for external use on treatment of burns and trauma infected.
