热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病临床疗效分析

The clinical curative effect epidemic analysis on foot-hand-and-mouth with Reduning inject a liquid

目的:了解热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法:对183例手足口病患儿进行随机分组。治疗组给予热毒宁注射液,对照组给予利巴韦林针。结果:热毒宁注射液在治疗手足口病时,其退热及退疹时间、退热及退疹显效情况、止咳均优于对照组。结论:热毒宁注射液在治疗手足口病时有效、安全。

Objective： To understand the effect of Reduning inject a liquid on treatment of child＇s foot-hand-and-mouth. Methods： 183 patients with foot-hand-and-mouth epidemic was divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was given the Reduning inject a liquid,the control group was given the Ribavirin inject.Results： The Reduning inject a liquid on treatment of foot-hand-and-mouth epidemic,it reduced the time of fever and back time of rash,the effect circumstance of fever and back a rash, and stopped coughing were better than control group.Conclusion：It is valid and safety on treatment of foot-hand-and-mouth epidemic with the Reduning inject a liquid.
