全叶千里光挥发油成分GC-MS分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析全叶千里光中挥发油的成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取全叶千里光中的挥发油,并通过GC-MS进行分析。结果:鉴定出51个化学成分,相对含量为90.406%。其中相对百分含量大于2.000%的成分有12个,占全叶千里光挥发油总量的65.661%;此外含量在10.000%以上的有3个分别为:1,7,7-三甲基二环[2.2.1]-2-庚醇10.703%、石竹烯氧化物12.087%、n-棕榈酸13.521%。结论:全叶千里光挥发油的主要成分为不饱和脂肪族化合物,其中以n-棕榈酸(13.521%)为代表的脂肪酸类占挥发油总量的1/4以上,即25.331%。 Objective:Analysis of volatile constituents of Senecio cannabifolius Less.vat. integrifolius (Koidz.)Kitam. Methods: The volatile constituents have been extracted by steam distillation ;and an analyzed by using GC-MS method. Results:Identifing 5 l kinds of chemical composition, which relative amount was 90.406%. The relative percentage was more than 2.000%, which includes 12 kinds of ingredients,which relative amount was 65.661%.The relative percentage is more than 10.000%,which includes 3 kinds of ingredients, all as follow:Bicyclo [2.2.1] heptan-2- o1,1,7,7 - trimethyl-; Caryophyllene oxide;n-Hexadecanoic acid.Their relative amount were 10.703%, 12.087% , 13.521%. Conclusion: The main constituents of Unsaturated aliphatic compounds. Represented by n-Hexadecanoic acid, we can see the fatty acids relative percentage is 25.331%, which relative amount is 1/4 of volatile constituents about Senecio cannabifolius Less.vat. integrifolius(Kuidz.) Kitam.
