摘要
当前高校中层干部选任过程中存在原则性与灵活性、职称与职务、选任结果与扩散效应等之间的矛盾和问题。本文阐述了高校中层干部选任机制创新的原则,并从竞聘制、"三票"制和千分制等三个方面提出了高校中层干部选任机制创新的思路与实践途径。
Some conflicts and problems between principle and flexibility, professional titles and positions, the result of selection and the spillover effects in designation of cadres at colleges and universities exist. In this paper, the innovative principles, ideas and practice ways of selection mechanism for mid-level cadres at colleges and universities are elaborated frown such perspectives as competition, three-vote system, thousand-point-system.
