Industry-university-research institution collaborations can help colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training, the students＇ social adaptability, their internal reform, their capacity to serve the society and their levels of scientific and technological innovation. It is also beneficial for the colleges and universities to raise funds by multi-channels and achieve the sound development.
