血清C型利钠肽水平和婴幼儿哮喘的关系

摘要 目的:了解血清C型利钠肽(CNP)与婴幼儿哮喘的相关性。方法:分正常对照组、婴幼儿哮喘组两组。正常对照组在入院第1、3、5天各抽静脉血2ml检测血清CNP,哮喘组分别在患儿哮喘发作、病情好转和治愈时各抽静脉血2ml检测血清CNP,对两组的检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:哮喘组血清CNP高于正常对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,哮喘组中哮喘发作时的血清CNP比病情好转和治愈时的水平高,两者比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:婴幼儿哮喘时血清CNP水平升高,血清CNP升高的程度同哮喘的严重程度有关。血清CNP可作为婴幼儿哮喘诊断、治疗的依据,对婴幼儿哮喘病情的估计和预后的判断有重要作用。
