摘要
采用工业杂醇Zc与醚胺类捕收剂Y10组合药剂作为浮硅捕收剂对某胶磷矿进行双反浮选工艺试验,在原矿品位为P2O526.22%、MgO1.60%、SiO222.33%时,可以得到P2O530.14%、MgO0.61%、回收率92.99%的精矿指标。表面张力及相对接触角测试发现,工业杂醇Zc的加入能提高Y10的选择性。
Test of a collophanite was conducted by the double reverse flotation process, taking commercial fusel Zc and ether-amlnes Y10 mixture as silicate collector with the run-of-mine ore assaying 30.14% P2O5 and 0.61% MgO and the recovery of 92.99% obtained . Tests of surface tension and relative contact angle showed that addition of commercial fusal Zc could improve the selectiveness of Y10 .
