摘要
以江西赣锋锂业提锂后的卤水为原料,加入氨水反应得含铝、氟的复合物沉淀。将得到的铝、氟复合物与氢氟酸、纯碱反应得到冰晶石。当反应料液pH=1~2,加水t/复合物质量比25:1,反应时间60min,n(Na2CO3):n(Al(OH)3)=1.5:1,反应温度90℃时,冰晶石得率96.44%,经原子吸收报告、XRD和SEM等方法检测,产品属普通冰晶石.呈粉末状。工艺过程中,无毒气、污水、废渣排放。
With brine from Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd, after lithium extraction as raw material , aluminum and fluorine compound was produced with precipitation by adding ammonia and cryolite was produced through the reaction of the resuhant aluminum and fluorine compound with hydrofluoric acid and soda ash. When the reaction solution pH = 1- 2, mass ratio between water addition and compound precipitation is equal to 25 : 1 . When the reaction time is 60 min, n(Na2CO3) :n(Al(OH)3) = 1.5 : 1, the reaction time is 90 ℃, yield of cryolite is 96.44 %. According to the atomic absorption report and tests by XRD and SEM and other methods, the product comes in common cryolite and is in powder. No toxic gas , sewage and F compound are produced during the process operation.
