摘要 血友病是一种X-连锁隐性遗传性出血性疾病，由于血浆凝血因子Ⅷ或Ⅸ缺乏引起，分别称为血友病A或血友病B。血友病A发病率占新生男婴1／5000-10000，血友病B为1／25000-30000。根据血浆FⅧ／Ⅸ浓度，血友病被分为重型（〈1％）、中型（1％-4％）、轻型（5％-25％）。出血是血友病的主要临床表现，关节腔及肌肉出血常见，
