摘要
中国道路交通事故死亡人数占全世界的15%,居世界第一;混合交通是我国目前交通的基本特征,交通运输中行人长久以来处于十分弱势地位,但我国目前尚未出台相关法律法规,所以对行人保护法规与新技术进行探索性研究,改善我国行人安全的工作任重而道远。

The mix traffic is the basic characters and the pedestrians have always been placing in a completely disadvantaged status in the traffic in China, In addition, our country has not yet promulgated the relevant laws and regulations about it.
