圆柱齿轮参数化设计

摘要 圆柱直齿轮,尤其渐开线齿轮齿形轮廓形状复杂,参数化驱动设计困难。利用三维软件UG-NX模型模块中的规律曲线、直纹面、拉伸、修整、缝合等运算,建立齿槽轮廓,通过休整、特征阵列形成齿槽轮廓体,通过布尔运算建立圆柱直齿轮三维模型。同时介绍了齿数以41为界的两种齿轮建模方法。该方法可以实现不需编程,只要改变齿轮的齿数、模数、压力角等参数,可立即得到相应的圆柱直齿轮三维模型的参数化设计。 Spur gear wheel especially involute gear is an agriculture machinery part in common use,while because of its complex tooth profile,it is difficult to conduct parameterized design. A parametefized design method based on 3D software -UG NX was introduced to conduct 3D modeling for spur gear. Through operating commands, gear slot contour was set up, tooth profile body was formed and finally 3D modeling of spur gear was established. Meanwhile, the differences between the two gear modeling methods which have tooth boundary of 41 were analyzed. Through this modeling method, the corresponding spur gear can be obtained immediately after giving the parameters such as gear's tooth number,modulus and pressure angle without programming works.
