摘要
我院在工作实践过程中创新构建了"零缝隙"心理健康教育和危机干预机制。这是一种完善完备充分的全面教育机制,涵盖每一个角落每一个层面每一个部门每一个员工每一个学生每一个时间每一个个体心理生活侧面。其实质就是及早识别、发现危机并给予当事人及时、有效的干预与救助;其目标是实现每个学生全面健康成长,保障校园重大心理危机事故的零发生。本文是围绕此教育机制的构建、实践过程及相关理论所展开的探讨。
A new "zero-gap" mental health education and crisis intervention mechanism has been constructed in our institute. This is a perfect, fully complete and comprehensive mechanism for education, covering every corner, every aspect, every department, every employee, every student, every moment and every individual psychological aspect of life. The essence is early detection and identification of the crisis and to give the parties a timely and effective intervention and assistance. The goal is to achieve all-round healthy growth of the campus and ensure a major psychological crisis of zero accident occurred. This article explores the mechanism for education around this construction, practice and correlation theory.
