河南高等教育境外消费服务贸易的研究

THE RESEARCH OF CONSUMPTION ABROAD OF INTERNATIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION SERVICE TRADE IN HENAN PROVINCE

境外消费是高等教育服务贸易的主要形式,目前国际高等教育服务贸易发展迅速,境外消费(留学生教育)服务贸易规模不断扩大。本文调查了河南省高等教育境外消费服务贸易的现状,认为河南高等教育相对落后,高等教育服务贸易水平偏低,境外消费服务贸易更为落后,存在留学生数量偏低、学科专业分布不均衡、学历层次不高、扶持留学生教育具体措施欠缺等问题。在此基础上尝试提出有关对策建议。

At present, international higher education service trade develops rapidly, the scale of consumption abroad （International Education） expands ceaselessly. This article investigated the present condition of International Higher Education Service Trade in Henan Province,found that higher education in Henan is relatively behind, the higher education service trade level is somewhat low,consumption abroad is worse, foreign student quantity is small,the distribution of subject and speciality is imbalanced,the level of qualifications is not high and specific measures are deficient to support the international Education. On this basis the paper tries to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the status in quo.
