摘要 提出了用超滤膜、电渗析膜、反渗透膜技术分离乳清蛋白,提纯乳糖的新工艺。采用超滤膜分离大分子乳清蛋白,用电渗析膜分离法除去乳糖中的杂质离子,用反渗透膜除去大量水分。分离后的产物,经浓缩、干燥得到乳清浓缩蛋白(WPC)及高纯度的乳糖,试验取得了比较满意的结果。与现行工艺相比,污染少、能耗底、收率提高,使生产成本显著下降,该工艺具有良好的开发前景。 The new technology of purifying lactose was put forward to separate whey protain by Ultrafiltration Membrane ,electrodialysis membrane and anti-penetration. The process included that whey protain was seperated by Ultrafiltration Membrane, impurities was seperated by electrodialysis membrane and a large quantites water was seperated by anti-penetration. High purity whey protein concentrate and whey lactose was obstained by concentrating and drying above mentioned product. The results of experiment was satisfactory. Compared with present technology, the new technology possed a good future prospect with less pollution, low energy consumption, high yield and low cost.
