摘要
建立密闭微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中铜和锰质量分数。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高,回收率为91.2%~104.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.91%~4.93%,可以满足奶粉中铜和锰的测定要求。
In this paper, we set up a method to determinate copper and manganese in milk powder by closed-vessel microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The method was simple、rapid and high sensibility. The recovery was in the range of 91.2%~104.1%,RSD in the range of 1.91%~4.93%。 Its precision and accuracy met the demands of analysis.
