摘要 总结52m高井塔基础、塔体爬模施工设备和机具、施工工艺特点和主要技术经验。 A headframe for an auxiliary shaft of Pan Er Mine is 52 m in high.A foundation of the headframe is 18 m ×21m.The total construction area of the headframe is 2796.3 m^2 and the total construction cubic measure is 22015.5 m^3.The headframe is constructed with a new technique of hydraulic climbing form. The so called climbing form is developed base on the advantage combinations of sliding form, lifting form and large form. The key point of the technique is to make large form discontinucusly climbing with sections and pices. The hanging and support system of the form is not based the opening framing of the sliding form, but based the underneath reinforced setting concrete out wall to climb. This paper is the introductions mainly on the foundation operation of concrete pile, the construction of loading platform and shaft collar, the design and construction of climbing form system and the construction technique of climbing form. This paper is also including the introductions on the vertical formes for column, beam, and floor; the binding of reinforce bar; pouring of concrete and the construction method with climbing.
