摘要
着重从造价管理体制、造价咨询业务、造价咨询企业及造价咨询从业人员三个方面对内地与香港地区的工程造价行业的现状作了比较分析,对内地和香港地区在工程造价咨询方面的差异和各自存在的问题进行了深入剖析,并对我国工程造价咨询业的发展前景进行了展望。
From three perspectives of management system,consultation operation and consult enterprises ＆amp; the employee,the paper analyzes and compares the status quo of project cost industry between mainland and Hongkong in China.According to the difference between them and their problems,it puts forward some suggestions and prospects the development for project cost consultation enterprises in China.
