空气吹脱法脱除废水中二甲胺的影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用空气吹脱法脱除废水中的二甲胺。考察了碱液浓度、温度、吹脱时间、气液比、喷淋强度对二甲胺去除率的影响。正交试验表明,在碱液浓度为0.5mol·L-1,温度为80℃,吹脱时间为3h,气液体积比为3500,喷淋强度为3.0m3.m-.2h-1的条件下,废水中二甲胺去除率高达95%。而且在该条件下,废水经吹脱处理后二甲胺的质量浓度由61920mg·L-1减少到49mg·L-1,达到国家污水排放标准。 Air stripping was used to remove dimethylamine from wastewater. The factors affecting the removal of dimethylamine containing lye concentration, temperature, stripping time, gas-liquid ratio and spraying intensity were studied. The orthogonal experiment results showed that: when the lye concentration is 0.5 mol ·L^-1, the temperature is 80℃, the stripping time is 3 h,the gas-liquid ratio is 3 500,the spraying intensity is 3.0 m^-3·m^-2·h^-1,the removal rate of dim ethylamine from wastewater is over 95%. Under this condition, after the wastewater is treated by air stripping, dimethylamine decreases to 49mg·L^-1 from the original content of 61 920 mg·L^-1 and reaches to the national standard for waste water general discharge.
