摘要
在房产开发项目中,普遍发生进度迟延。通过问卷调查分析了导致房地产项目进度迟延的27个主要因素的相对重要性,确定了影响房地产项目进度的最主要因素为:进度款支付困难、承包单位管理混乱、材料采购不到位、设计变更过多、建设单位决策缓慢,并给出相关建议。
Delay of schedule is common in real estate projects.A questionnaire survey is conducted to identify and evaluate the relative importance of the 27 significant factors contributing to delay in real estate projects.The results of the study reveals the main causes of delay includes:payment difficulties from agencies,poor contractor management,material procurement,design changing frequency and slow decision-making by construction units.Then gives some advices in order to minimize or avoid delay in real estate projects.
