中华人民共和国和以色列国分别于1949年和1948年在亚洲东部和西端建立,但经历了43年的漫长历程才建立外交关系。使中以关系的发展步履艰难的障碍主要来自于外部环境的变化和外部力量的干扰,而不在于双边关系中的问题和双方各自的内部阻力。建交17年来,中以关系全面、稳步地发展,但在中以关系演进的全过程中,动力和障碍一直是并存的。

The People's Republic of China and Israel were respectively built in 1949 and 1948 at the eastern and western parts of Asia.But after 43 years,they establish the diplomacy relation.The paper makes a discussion of the historical evolution of Sino-Israel relation and argues that,the obstacle of their relation are not the problem of such bilateral relation and inside obstruction,but mainly the change of outside environment and interference of outside powers.During 17 years of their establishment of diplomacy relation,their relation keeps a comprehensive and sustainable development.But in the whole process of Sino-Israel relation,promotion and impediment coexist.
